COOKING CONTEST
first edition

"UCOOK"

We created a cooking enviroment in class, with authentic chefs. We divided the class in groups and every day a diferent one had the oportunity to show their cooking habilities

We learned, we cooked, we enjoyed and we made chocolate biscuits.

This  was our experience:

1. Order the recipe.
2. Calculate one quarter of every ingredient.
3. Mix the ingredients.

RECIPE: CHOCOLATE CHIP BISCUITS

B    WE ARE IN THE KITCHEN, BE HAPPY, YOU COULD BE THE BEST CHEF  IN OUR SCHOOL.                                                                       FIRST  YOU  NEED A RECIPIENT  AND A FORK AND   TO START WITH,  YOU  PUT  THE BUTTER AND THE SUGAR  IN THE BOWL.

F    WELL DONE !!!!! YOU  ARE DOING VERY GOOD  SO FAR, SECOND, WITH THE FORK, YOU MOVE THE INGREDIENTS, THE BUTTER AND THE SUGAR, TILL THEY ARE MIXED.

D     THEN  WHEN THE BUTTER AND THE SUGAR ARE WELL MIXED IN THE BOWL, WE ADD THE EGGS.

A    SLOWLY WE ADD  THE FLOUR AND WE BEAT  ALL THE INGREDIENTS TOGETHER. NOW YOUR DOUGH IS READY, CONGRATULATION!!!.

G    AFTER   THIS WE PUT SOME CHOCOLATE  CHIPS IN THE FINAL DOUGH, AND MIX AGAIN. BEAR IN MIND THAT YOU HAVE  TO KEEP SOME CHOCOLATE CHIPS TO PUT THEM ON TOP OF THE BISCUIT BEFORE YOU BAKE THEM.

E    FINALLY WE  SHAPE THE COOKIE AND WE PUT SOME CHOCOLATE CHIPS ON TOP OF THE BISCUIT.

C    TO END UP WE PUT THE COOKIE INTO THE OVEN  AND IT IS BAKED FOR 20 MINUTES

And the  winner team was.......

 " juniors chefs" 5th A

MEMBERS: Yaiza, Hugo P., Aimar, Matías, Iván, Miguel and Guillermo.

We tasted the biscuits, the results were delicious.
